The employment of responsible and dedicated employees
When we employ staff, we focus on personal qualities just as much as the formal qualifications. Our future colleagues must be able to engage themselves in our daily life and development and to enthusiastically take responsibility for contributing to the fulfilment of our objectives. This makes the employment process very demanding, as we have to match the right person with the right job – in Frode Laursen we are able to do that.
The employment process:
- Frode Laursen receives the application
- Frode Laursen confirms receipt of the application
- Frode Laursen selects the best candidates – typically 3-4 per job
- Interviews are carried out and the right person is employed
- Rejections are sent to the other candidates
- Applications are kept in a subject index
