Job in customer service

The customer service department is responsible for direct contact to our warehouse.

The most important task for the customer service department is to manage the warehouse and sort everything out, also regarding special assignments and deviations.

The employees in customer service each have their regular customers, meaning that the customer has one contact person. You should have a sense of order, be serviceminded and be able to understand both the problems of the customer and the problems that may come in a supplychain.
